About Howorths Textiles Ltd
Howorths Textiles Ltd is a critical supplier to many weavers located within the UK. Our services include the following:
1. Import and supply of yarns on cone.
2. Conversion of the yarn on cone onto beam.
3. Conversion of customers own yarn onto beam.
The conversion can be done via Beaming and Tape Sizing or Section Warping depending on the yarn type and customer requirements.
Howorths started as commission tape sizers to the weaving industry and was originally incorporated as Howorths (Nelson) Ltd in 1924. In 2007 the company was restructured so that the textile division became Howorths Textile Ltd. This remains under the ownership and guidance of the founding family.
